Hi! I’m Jeff Shade, and I have worked in the automotive service industry since 1984. I spent the majority of my career as a technician. I was also a Shop Foreman for 10 of those years. I have been a Service Manager for the last five years until joining the team at BMW of Sterling. Making customers happy is one of my passions, and I work extremely hard to exceed their expectations. When it comes to explaining repairs, I’m excellent at that job due to being a technician for many years; however, I broke my arm and can no longer work on vehicles, but I still share my knowledge with guests. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, listening to music, and sports. I’m a big fan of hockey and the Boston Bruins.

I took my mini to 3 other places and found out a lot of what I was told I needed was not true. I also a found out not all mini service depts. Charge a shop fee. There were several other former sterling of Mini/ BMW customers that had the same issue. This is absolutely insane!!
