Great experience! She found me the car I wanted even though it wasn’t on the lot, and worked hard to get the exact car I was looking for rather than trying to steer me toward something that was already in stock. She was never pushy or aggressive. Instead, she listened to what I wanted and focused on helping me find the right car. I really appreciated that approach and would definitely recommend working with her.

Berkeley was very pleasant in our dealings, but I was disappointed that the discount she offered and that we later negotiated was not correctly recorded on the documents I later signed. Regrettably, I missed that number. She had originally told my husband, Jim Hingeley, on their phone calls a few days before, that I’d get a $2,000 discount. But when I came to the dealership, I noticed she wrote $1,250 as a discount. I told her that she had offered $2,000 via phone. She said she could no longer offer that and we agreed on $1,500. Again, I later noticed that the documents I signed indicated $1,250.

Berkley is one of the best MA I've ever worked with!! (I've bought MINIs from multiple dealership around the country. This is my 5th MINI.) I had a ton of questions and Berkley was great at answering all of them, or finding the answers and getting back to me. Ultimately, she helped me spec and order a new vehicle. Berkley kept me informed during the production process, then patiently explained all the new features and tech at delivery! HIGHLY recommend working with Berkley for any car purchase.

Berkley was great! I test drove a couple cars a few months earlier when I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I made sure I followed up with her when I was ready. I appreciated her knowledge and ability to drill down on which options were important to me as I wasn’t as familiar with the MINI as some other cars.
